Our staff assist members with housing advocacy, resources, and direct support. The housing coordinator works with individuals to identify needs and provide information on available housing programs and supports to navigate the housing system.
They can also assist with housing searches including: apartments, houses, duplexes, condos, lodges, nursing homes, wheelchair accessible housing, and sober living.
Members must complete a registration form and sign an agreement to report any changes in their housing application status. They are encouraged and supported in their search with follow-up phone calls and additional lists (if required).
